Free English Lessons for All Levels

There are multiple opportunities to learn English from beginner to conversational levels. Use this registration form to sign up for the available courses. ESL classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and the time varies by level. Conversational Café is also available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and is recommended to accompany the ESL classes or for those who need to brush up on English in actual conversation. Conversational English (CE) classes are held on Thursdays from 9:00 to 11:15. The Sunday Class (International Bible Fellowship Class) is held on Sunday mornings at 9:45. The Citizenship Class meets on Wednesday nights at 5:45.

There is a one-time fee for the book used with ESL or CE. The Citizenship Class has a separate book.

In addition to registering below, if you have not taken an English class through First Baptist, be sure to schedule a placement interview by clicking here.

If you are registering for ESL or CE, please come to First Baptist Church, at the Scott Street entrance, before classes begin to purchase your book. You can come on 9/2, 9/3, or 9/4 between 9:00 am and 11:00 am to purchase your book and meet your teachers. The first week of classes is 9/8/24.
