Carl is a veteran of the Air Force. He retired from the U.S. military to serve in the Lord’s Army. He has been actively involved in the church since 2005 in various roles such as an elementary-age Sunday school teacher, media technician, and deacon.

He is a Community College of the Air Force graduate with an Associate in Applied Science: Information Systems Technology and a Liberty University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Religion: Christian Ministry and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies.

Carl is the pastor of River Bend Baptist Church in Lowndesboro, AL on a bi-vocational status and has been working with Montgomery Baptist Association and MBA Community Ministries, Inc. since September 2021. Starting in the Son’s of Nehemiah program, he was hired on as Missions Assistant, and is currently serving as the Operations Specialist.
